Odd Week

I woke up on Monday morning and couldn’t move the right half of my face. I thought I’d had a stroke. After a few panicky hours, it turns out I hadn’t, but instead have a condition called Bell’s Palsy, which basically means stress-induced facial paralysis. It should fix itself within a few months.

How does someone manage to wind themselves up so much that their face stops working?

I feel a book coming on lol.
